Opis oferty pracy

As a Global Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • monitoring and managing global contract performance
  • coordinating audit activity with SGS affiliates regarding client specific KPI’s
  • identifying risks with respect to poor performance / client expectations
  • processing audit reports in the reporting system
  • ensuring the timely follow-up of sub-tasks in the various audit processes
  • functioning as the primary administrative liaison between SGS and the client
  • cooperating with Regional / Local Account Managers on administrative matters
  • meetings with Key Clients to provide updates with Global Key Accounts

Please note that English would be your main working language.
