  • współpraca z zespołem Data Analityków realizujących projekt transformacji cyfrowej,
  • współpraca ze stakeholderami oraz analitykami biznesowymi,
  • prowadzenie "Data Literacy" dla biznesu oraz development rozwiązań w Power BI,
  • analiza biznesowa i zrozumienie wymagań oraz operacji biznesowych,
  • planowanie strategiczne, optymalizacja procesów i podejmowanie decyzji w oparciu o  złożone dane,
  • projektowanie, rozwijanie i wdrażanie rozwiązania Power BI zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesowymi,
  • prowadzenie "Data Literacy",
  • opracowywanie standardów i dobrych praktyk dla procesów i pracy z Power BI,
  • codzienna praca oraz komunikacja w mowie i w piśmie w języku angielskim (zespół międzynarodowy),
  • praca zdalna i wizyty w biurze we Wrocławiu 1 x na 2 miesiące,
  • stawka do 120-140 zł/h przy B2B w zależności od doświadczenia i kompetencji.

Dobrze odnajdziesz się w naszym zespole, jeśli:

  • masz min. 4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku,
  • posiadasz biegłość w pracy z Power BI na Stanowisku Developera i/lub Analityka Danych,
  • posiadasz umiejętność pracy z biznesem - pozyskiwanie i dekomponowanie wymagań biznesowych,
  • rozumiesz operacje biznesowe, w tym planowania strategicznego, optymalizacji procesów i podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o dane,
  • potrafisz przekształcać wnioski z analizy danych w pomysły i praktyczne rozwiązania,
  • posiadasz ekspercką wiedzę w zakresie wykorzystania funkcji PowerBI do tworzenia dynamicznych raportów, pulpitów nawigacyjnych i zaawansowanych wizualizacji danych,
  • potrafisz modelować dane, optymalizować zapytania oraz integrować różne źródła danych,
  • posiadasz udokumentowane doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń dla użytkowników końcowych Power BI (w tym doświadczenie w opracowywaniu kompleksowych materiałów szkoleniowych, dostarczaniu dobrych jakościowo prezentacji i zapewnianiu użytkownikom końcowym umiejętności i wiedzy wymaganej do skutecznego wykorzystania PowerBI na swoich stanowiskach,
  • masz wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne względem zespołu jak i interesariuszy,
  • pracowałeś/aś w metodykach zwinnych Agile.
