Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO best practices to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions on the Danfoss website. Manage SEA campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others Conduct keyword research, support ad copywriting, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEM and web development. Implement technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. Manage and maintain Danfoss Drives pages on the Danfoss website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and regional marketing to implement website updates and enhancements on the global and local level. Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts. Work closely with UX team to implement website changes, helping to ensure technical feasibility. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design, SEM. Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in web design, digital marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience working in web development or web design roles as well as proven experience in SEM marketing. Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably with Umbraco. Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with tools such as Mouseflow, Sistrix and GA4 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
