About the Job

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Daily check of alert monitors, identifying issues and providing solutions with the goal of avoiding possible support efforts

Performing recurrent tasks (daily and/or weekly) that will guarantee the integrity of the data flow between EPOS and other integrated systems

First analysis and distribution of support tickets to other team members

Gradual involvement with incident, change and problem management

Being part of the stand-by roster for weekend support

Maintaining effective communication channels with all parties involved

About You

A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

Basic understanding of collecting data from SQL (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) and relational databases 

Understanding the logic of web services (SOAP/REST)

Ability to interpret application logs

IT knowledge and/or experience with electronic point of sales systems and integration with other systems

Problem-solving and analytical skills combined with solution-oriented mindset

Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

Proficiency in another European language (German, Italian) is not mandatory, but value
