We are currently in search of an Engineering Manager to join us in driving the growth of our organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, this role is ideal for an experienced technology and people manager who possesses a strong passion for designing and scaling successful engineering organizations.As an Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for leading the development and operational efficiency of our Market Making Engineering Team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the implementation of robust and competitive pricing mechanisms that are aligned with our strategic business objectives.

What you will do:

Manage a team of software developers and QA specialists to design, develop, and maintain the Pricing and Hedging domains Oversee the integration with Liquidity Providers and ensure that Pricing of our products are accurately calculated and published to the execution systems Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes, setting project timelines, and ensuring delivery of milestones Collaborate with the product owner to and implement new features, refine and execute the product roadmap Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess system performance and team productivity Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to align technology functions with business goals Work closely with the dealing team to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into system enhancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial technology, specifically in market-making or similar trading systems Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in a dynamic environment Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and real-time system development Excellent communication and project management skills A good understanding of financial markets and trading technologies Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
