In your role, you will contribute your M365 know-how to internal IT landscape and advise on the digitalization of business processes about our M365 environment. You will be responsible for planning and implementing M365 projects, including requirements analysis and concept development. You will be responsible for the further development of the M365 environment, including their interfaces to other systems. You manage internal and external project resources. Furthermore, you are responsible for the project status and create reports for the management. You pursue pragmatic problem solving in compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions. You are also a contact person for your colleagues and participate in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams. Your profile: Training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification. Around five years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing classic and agile M365 projects, including the integration and management of external service providers. You have a good and broad understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and a good overview of the Microsoft 365 product range. You have a technical and cloud affinity, ideally knowledge of Microsoft platforms and web platforms. You understand complex process flows as well as their implementation in practice. You bring an independent and structured way of working, you are flexible, committed, time-conscious, conscientious and you have great organizational skills combined with a service-oriented approach. You feel comfortable in an interface position and therefore have good English communication skills as well as a confident manner to present issues to a broad audience in an understandable way. You should be willing to travel occasionally.
