Twój zakres obowiązków:

jako kierownik zespołu finansowego w RTX Enterprise Services będziesz odpowiedzialny / odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie wydajnością zespołu zespołu Podróży Służbowych obsługującego klientów z obszaru obszary EMEA i Kanada

będzie to okazja do współpracy z innymi spółkami krajowymi i zagranicznymi w zakresie bieżącej obsługi procesów i projektów

będziesz odpowiedzialny/odpowiedzialna za nadzór nad projektami robotyzacji i digitalizacji w zespole oraz proponowania usprawnień w tym zakresie

analiza i kontrola prawidłowości wykonywanych zadań w obrębie sekcji

współpraca/koordynacja przy opracowaniu /aktualizacji wewnętrznych procedur zgodnie z obowiązującą Polityką

nadzór nad sporządzaniem raportów z obszaru Podróży Służbowych dla obsługiwanych spółek

przegląd i zatwierdzanie uzgodnienia kont w obszarze Podróży Służbowych

sporządzanie cyklicznych wskaźników dla procesu Podróży Służbowych, analiza mierników pod względem efektywności pracy zespołu

wsparcie/motywacja pracowników w bieżących działaniach i stosowaniu narzędzi CORE

bieżące wsparcie oraz szkolenie dla pracowników sekcji w wykonywanych zadaniach

rozwijanie kompetencji zespołu w zakresie Customer Service

Nasze wymagania

doświadczenia w obszarze finansów lub sprzedaży lub obsługi klienta, itp.

płynna znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację

wykształcenie wyższe z obszaru finansów, ekonomii, itp.

doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, umiejętność podejmowania decyzji

znajomość pakietu MS Office i SAP

zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z księgowością oraz finansami/analizą finansową – mile widziane
