Junior Data Analyst (Commercial Excellence)
Main areas for the position:
A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU Supporting the following tasks:maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teamsdevelopment of Excel based tools used by the Incentive team Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks(this list is not comprehensive Excel-based)
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency of Master's Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reportingProvide local analytical support
Who are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree, (Finance, economics preferred) Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills: MS Office Applications: (Excel, Power-Pivot, Access) Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledgedCOMPETENCIES
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU; both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural demeanor with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups Demonstrate ownership for achieving results Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed Flexible approach to problem-solving Open to change and always driving the optimization of processes; challenging existing processes and solutions Able to develop solutions and make recommendations based on analysis Demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency and decisiveness Soft skills: open-minded great teammate with a strong, positive communication styleWhat do we offer:
