The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling a range of trust administration responsibilities including drafting trust documentation, minutes and resolutions.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and KYC processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Facilitating bank account opening.
  • Ensuring the database contains accurate and up to date information.
  • Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
  • Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You ideally have prior accounting experience.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You have working knowledge of Managment
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
