& Requirements Who we are looking for We are looking for a Senior Consultant who wants to work with us on developing strategic support for climate risk analysis and management for our clients in Poland and Central Europe. This role involves integrating climate-related skills with current regulatory requirements towards business particularly in strategy and financial risk management area.To be an ideal candidate, you should have the following qualifications:
About 4 years of professional experience in climate- or sustainability-related risk and opportunities analysis and management, whether working for a bank, fund, insurance, company, or consulting firm Practical experience and understanding of the climate-related regulatory landscape: CSRD/ESRS, IFRS S2, TCFD, Taxonomy, SFDR, CSDDD and relevant requirements of EBA, ECB, ESMA Strong search and analytical skills, particularly in the area of risk analysis Ability to work independently on multiple priorities and meet deadlines, while also being a good team player Characteristics of being bright, resilient, detail-oriented, a critical and strategic thinker who can solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions A strong "consultant skill-set" and excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Proficiency in speaking and writing in both Polish and English It would be beneficial if you possess the following: Knowledge of regulatory issues related to ESG risk analysis according to CSRD/ESRS, IFRS S2, TCFD and Taxonomy Experience in evaluating companies climate-related performance based on ESG ratings and their sustainability reports Experience in implementing projects in various areas such as ESG, business process efficiency, and company value enhancement Understanding climate-related sustainable finance products and principles Your future role In your daily work within our team, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating to design and execute ESG projects related to climate risk analysis Creating analyses and forecasts in the area of climate change risks and opportunities and client business development Consulting on projects, with a focus on supporting the strategic climate transition of industry leaders. This involves backing conducting climate risk and opportunities analyses, and more.
