IT Implementation Manager within the Global KYC TM Services Tribe

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have min 5 years of working experience as project/implementation manager, and you led and delivered cross-functional projects across multiple geographies,
  • have knowledge and experience in leading business and IT related projects, especially in international roll-out of central IT solutions into local organisations,
  • have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and you can build bridges by nature between different levels, people, cultures,
  • are familiar with Scrum methodology and Agile working, and you can put its principles into practice,
  • have strong organizational sensitivity: because of your analytical skills and deep understanding of the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of the organization you are broadly accepted as a sparring partner and advisor,
  • complete tasks and achieves results in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner, with a focus on execution and delivery of targets,
  • show openness to change and altering behaviours in order to work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or environment,
  • are fluent in English speaking and writing.

You’ll get extra points for:

  • experience in working with data in the areas of Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering and/or Compliance,
  • AML related accreditation or certification.

Your responsibilities:

As an Implementation manager you will support the organization in realizing large and complex changes. You will bring people together and work towards a shared vision or change target and end product. The Implementation manager organizes cooperation, coordination and coherence between Global KYC TM Services Tribe, Business and country representatives and other significant stakeholders to implement the complex changes. This role has a stronger emphasis on influencing rather than on control.

  • support the development, implementation and communication of the Global KYC TM Services Tribe; within this implementation context you create and own the planning within the boundaries of the roadmap, manage dependencies and monitor progress between Global KYC, countries and relevant domains,
  • ensure and foster team spirit with your team as well as across the organization,
  • simplify KYC delivery approach to relevant (international) stakeholders,
  • determine the direction of change, together with TM Payments and Shared Solutions Lead and stakeholders,
  • involve and align the stakeholders and colleagues necessary to organize and implement the change,
  • add focus and accelerate business transformation,
  • support senior management by enabling the successful start-up, execution and delivery of complex and strategic change.

Information about the squad:

The IT Implementation Manager will work closely with the TM Payments and Shared Solutions Lead, business stakeholders from around the globe and for Global KYC Transaction Monitoring working to orchestrate the execution of the FCRM roll out roadmaps for the Global KYC TM Services Tribe. For this you will lead and create an integrated approach towards the countries, where we are delivering our monitoring solutions. You will be working independently in a team of 3 Implementation managers from different cultures and backgrounds with squad members located in Netherlands, Poland and Philippines. We are looking for a team player, leader and motivator with a track record in delivering and monitoring the product in a multidisciplinary, international team with complex objectives, operating in a fast-moving, challenging environment.
