The Analyst role is focused on the elicitation of the functional requirements in close cooperation with diverse business teams. Besides the focus on automating processes, you will also support the further development of the product by helping with internal improvement initiatives, such as various Proof of Values for new technology, or team/process optimizations.

Your role Supporting the Product Owner in translating functional requirements of potential business process automation into a buildable digital solution Lead the process discovery and value engineering activities, Translating functional requirements of potential RPA business processes into actual RPA solutions Participating in the full automation life cycle, including business intake, technology selection, IT readiness, and all required support during development, testing and go-live Understanding business requirements, assessing the complexity of these, and translating and maintaining process design documentation and communication of functional and process changes Ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements, standards and best practices (i.e., Quality, Architecture, Compliance & Security) Your skills Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience as an Automation Business Analyst Hands-on experience/ knowledge about the Power Platform (PowerApps, Dataverse, etc.) Prior experience with automation technologies preferably working in an Agile environment Previous experience with working with additional technologies like OCR, IDP, and/or Process Mining is beneficial Fluent English, both written and spoken Availability at least 20 hours a week
