Job Description

For our location in Poland, we are searching for a Sales Manager with the following tasks:

Regional sales responsibility for the Continental Group in defined geographical area (Southern Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia), finding new customers, retaining existing customers Promoting complete product range from portfolio (low pressure rubber and thermoplastic hoses, conveyor belts, power transmission gears, antivibration solutions) Customer visit planning and frequent personal visits to existing and potential customers (in first year of employment 75% of the time) Market information collection about the respective product group Preparation of commercial and technical calculations Involvement in the preparation of regional sales planning and continuous supervision of completion of these plans for respective geographical area of responsibility No direct reports are considered for this function

Qualifications

Several years of experience in industrial Sales (ideally international) Technical background or experience is an advantage Communicative English is a must (other language connected to any of the countries from the indicated Region is of strong advantage) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) good level knowledge is a must Communicative, with initiative and able to work individually and in a group
