In the role of Quality Systems and Complaint Representative you will be part of Huntsman Polyurethanes (PU) EAME Supply Chain Team and responsible for maintaining and improving management systems to ensure compliance with agreed management system standards (ISO9001 and IATF 16949) and customer specific requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Quality Systems and Complaint Representative you will cover the following areas:
Monitoring and executing the Internal management system audit plan at Krakow and other sites when required and document and follow up eventual findings in the management review. Ensuring that Management system documents are maintained and updated accurately and timely for PU Business according to current ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements and published timely on the internal channels. Supporting Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager with External audits in Rotterdam and Tienen locations. Collaboration with the Regional EMEA Quality Manager to assist on and implementing Polyurethanes Quality initiatives. Coordination, follow-up, and storage of responses to customer quality surveys and questionnaires. Addressing Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) of customer complaints with internal and external parties and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions in close collaboration with logistics and customer service operations and ensure timely follow-up and closure by all parties. Providing, collecting, and analyzing complaint data for tactical meeting with Logistics service provider (LSP’s) leading to improved Supply Chain performance Keeping record of Supplier evaluations provided by Customers and define an action plan where needed. Preparing periodical customer complaint report, highlighting trends and distribute to and review with the relevant internal functions. Preparing training material linked to Quality Management and provide training on the C4C complaint module to new Customer Service representatives or complaint Investigators. Collaborate with Purchasing Operations by coordinating and validating 3rd Party self-assessment audit reports and agree an action plan with Purchasing Lead Buyers for improvement where needed. Maintaining Quality Systems documentation and reporting in the appropriate systems.Mindset Behaviors :

Vocational/ bachelor level in business administration, logistics or comparable.:
Knowledge of Management System Standards (ISO9001, IATF 16949). Preference experienced in Supply Chain processes (Customer service and Logistics). Experience with root cause problem solving methodology in complaint handling. Communication and influencing skills in English, Dutch will be a plus. Knowledge of relevant IT systems (strong preference SAP and Complaint Handling system). Process Improvement Mindset. Analytical thinking.:
Min 2 years relevant experience in comparable role.:
Occasional travel to Tienen, Belgium and Rotterdam, Netherlands when required for Audits or training purposes.What next?
