Executive/Personal Assistant

Your responsibilities:
- Management of Outlook calendar – scheduling meetings and appointments
- Confidently communicating with executives from other countries
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, third parties, and colleagues
- Organizing business trips (including managing flight and hotel bookings)
- Organizing business meetings (selecting venues, arranging catering, and preparing required materials and documentation)
- Participating in board meetings and taking minute
- Preparing presentations, surveys, reports
- Handling other ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Independently managing the task backlog
Your skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package - especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks
- Very good organizational skills
- Thoroughness and commitment
- In some cases – availability outside of standard working hours
