  • Recording all transactions in the system to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborating with local businesses to facilitate timely payments.
  • Assisting in the prompt and precise execution of tasks for monthly closing.
  • Verifying Travel & Expenses claims in alignment with the travel policy.
  • Working with other departments within SSC.
  • Achieving set goals (KPIs) to support team objectives effectively.
  • Reviewing account balances and reports to rectify any discrepancies.
  • Ensuring stability in the PTP process post-transition.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation for operational processes.
  • Leading and participating in projects, suggesting improvements, and promoting standardization.
  • Developing new processes in response to business needs.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external auditors.
International company - SSC|Possibility to use French daily
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a quick learning aptitude are necessary.
  • An open-minded approach is highly valued.
  • Experience in finance or accounting within an international corporation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in French is essential.
  • A solid grasp of English is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and accounting/ERP systems (experience with SAP is advantageous).
