Your main responsibilities:

Customer and supplier planning Create delivery plans Order forecast, and sales plan ABC Classification of parts Standard stock keeping and optimize planning parameter Manage bottleneck situation and supply concerns Customer performance metrics Set-up of new customer and suppliers in our system Analyze and track key planning parameters and coordinate physical movement of material. To design and optimize the appropriate material supply chain and service level to the customer, coordinate information between Marketing, Sales and Supplying plants; incl. lead and support in customer and internal CIP projects.

Kwalifikacje

Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement planning University degree in business economics, logistics, business informatics, or a related field Fluent in written and spoken English Strong analytical skills and excellent time management Ability to work independently with international suppliers Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments and management levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in building and maintaining international marketing, sales, and customer networks Familiarity with planning processes and handling Big Data using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools Organized, self-driven, and customer-focused team player with a strong IT affinity
