IT Support Engineer

Metrosoft® offers solutions allowing asset managers and service providers to transition all aspects of shareholder services and distribution to digital service economy. Fundsphere® supports an entire digital investor journey from onboarding, through ongoing support and maintenance, to trading and reporting. Real-time KYC, list screening and transaction monitoring ensure effective oversight and control of risks. Fundsphere, trusted by global asset managers and service providers, is now also available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
This role is for you if you:
- excellent command of English.
- deep knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server family (including Active Directory, ADFS, DHCP, DNS, RRAS)
- knowledge and use of Microsoft SQL server 2008- 2022 (administration),
- experience with Networking/Security/ (Cisco/Dell/SonicWall),
- practical experience with VMware 7.x and above,
- experience in working with Java Enterprise application servers (WebSphere/ Tomcat/ WildFly),
- experience working independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential,
- strong customer service orientation and professionalism,
- ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Your role will be to:
- provide second level of support escalation for prestigious external clients, for enterprise set of Metrosoft applications that rely on Java, Microsoft SQL and Windows technologies to deliver premium content to financial specialists,
- support Fundsphere® platform implementation and monitoring,
- maintain company IT infrastructure as well as Client Replica environments,
- create detailed documentation for implementations, guides and training,
