Collections Analyst

For our Collections team in Krakow ,  we are currently looking for a Collections Analyst.

How you will impact WestRock:

Ensure all past dues accounts are collected in line with corporate policy. Pro-actively follow up with the customers via email and phone. Gain knowledge and understanding of billing processes for your accounts. Own and be responsible for assigned Ledger of accounts. Interrogate 3rd party Portals and systems for information. Facilitate the quick resolution of all queries both with customers and internally. Send month statement to customers. Provide copy of invoices and credits as required. Keep up to date and accurate records in prescribed format and systems. Raise billing issues in line with internal structures. Provide direction and assistance to other plants regarding accounts receivables policies and procedures. Attend collections meetings with key stakeholders. Interact positively and support 3rd party service provider. Provide cover to other ledgers as required. Any other responsibilities as directed by collection team lead.

What you need to succeed:  

Min 1 year of experience in B2B collections Experience in B2B Collections environment on / legal entity structure Fluent in English. Strong communication skills and experience in interacting with both external customers and internal divisions. Able to quickly adapt to environment and work practices. Be able to proactively build relationships with customers and departments. Must be very organized and systematic in approach to work and able to follow policy and instruction. Advanced MS Excel Must have good time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines.
