Job Purpose

As a People & Culture Team, we are responsible for fostering an amazing workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work. This role is responsible for supporting global product execution within our HR technology landscape that are aligned to a specific focus area or region, such as Talent, Compensation & Benefits, CoreHR and Recruiting, based on business needs. Additionally, this person will have responsibility for full product execution of regional specific HR technology ensuring alignment to the global roadmap and global processes. This role manages multiple project teams and coordinates with multiple stakeholders providing thought leadership and expertise within the HR technology landscape domain.

Job Description

Act as expert of HRIS closely with stakeholders (People Business Partner, Centers of Expertise, Shared Services etc) and our Global HRIS, GBS HRIS, and IDS teams to translate strategic objectives into required process and system set up / Required hand at work to answer several system requests, doubts, issues and sometimes access to some local systems / Ensure alignment of regional HRIS roadmap/requirements with Global HRIS roadmap, and where possible, seek to implement regional solutions in a way that can be scaled globally / Create detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, and ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements /Initiate improvement projects and partner with Global HRIS, GBS HRIS, and IDS teams to facilitate development and implementation of solutions /Monitor and communicate project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports & recommending actions / Own prioritization of work including project work, enhancements, break-fixes, etc. Work with GBS-HRIS and other Regional HRIS teams to ensure they are properly prioritizing work on the product(s) you own / Serve as a member of the change board, with an emphasis of owning change requests in your domain / Support change management in close collaboration with stakeholders / Assess current system utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as people team, stakeholder and employee training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of products / Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail / Collaborate with Global HRIS, IDS, and People and Culture teams to perform relevant system testing, including UATs and URTs; adapt test scripts to specific requirements within your domain/ Act as a data steward and data champion to ensure data integrity of our systems / Develop & deliver communication, guides and training materials on new processes and tools to stakeholders as required

You are meant for this job if:

You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Management Information Systems, or IT You have at the minimum 5 years work experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within a regional and global organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate business language into IT/Systems language. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French Ability to influence others and responsive, fast-paced decision-making skills with the ability to drive business results. Understanding of all areas of information systems and design within HR systems with special focus on SAP HR, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow Experience in data-based analysis of organizational needs and suggesting process or automation setups utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment. Must be able to operate with limited direction. Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality.
