- hybrid work (twice a week in the office in Cracow, Czyżyny);
your tasks
- assisting in drafting and running bidding processes for EU procurement;
- operating the procurement processes with the digital sourcing tools;
- preparing reports for the stakeholders (proposal comparison, spend analysis, etc.);
- performing expenditure analyses;
- coordinating contract approval flow and collection of signatures;
- independent management of low complexity projects
what we expect
- fluent English (min C1);
- knowledge of basic procurement process from business need to supplier selection;
- analytical mindset and capability to analyse data (MS Office especially Ms Excel);
- good written and oral communication skills;
- digital literacy;
- experience in negotiating and managing contracts would be an advantage
