About the Role

As a Data Quality Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data. You'll be part of a global team dedicated to operationalizing data quality initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Quality Lifecycle: Oversee the entire data quality lifecycle, from design and implementation to monitoring and improvement.
  • Data Domain Expertise: Develop deep expertise in specific data domains (e.g., Finance, Risk, KYC, Global HR) and apply that knowledge to ensure data quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data owners, users, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define data quality rules, and create reports.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Data Quality Framework: Define and implement an effective data quality framework, including operating models, service models, and controls.
  • Tooling and Technology: Contribute to the implementation of data quality tools and dashboards to monitor and visualize data quality metrics.
  • Client Experience: Enhance the overall client experience within your domain by providing timely and effective data quality support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Data Management Expertise: Proven experience in data management, with a strong understanding of data quality principles and practices.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in the financial or consulting sector, particularly in non-financial risk domains.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify root causes of data quality issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data quality tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
