Order Management Analyst with French
Lodz, Poland (hybrid model)
This position holds responsibility for order management related activities for Consumer French market as well as for overall high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing order management related activities – order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required
- Managing samples, returns, penalties
- Supporting new customer creation and modification process
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams
- Managing customer and business partners queries
- Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be of extra asset
- Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports
- SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset
- Good communication skills, proactivity, solution-orientation
