SENIORITY LEVEL : Junior management level
FUNCTION: Marketing

Reports to: Area Business Strategy Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Central Europe
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Supporting in development of a new eco system and long-term roadmap for a company-wide single-point-of-truth data platform Establishing connections to respective data sources, optimizing datasets, building production-ready reporting tools and optimizing them in collaboration with the business analysts, data engineers and system architects (both internal and external) Challenge status quo, innovate, optimize and improve upon existing systems and data-relevant processesWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Working on data visualization and development of analytics reporting tools for internal stakeholders Driving optimization measures and enhancements for ensuring and improving data quality standards within the company Addressing data connectivity challenges in close collaboration with the Data Engineering team Conceptual co-creation and technical set-up of in-house data analytics projects Oversight of secure data exchange between different tools within the technical ecosystem Coordination with the technical stakeholders on new analytics and insights tools implementation, enhancements and extensions; basic IT project managementESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
2+ years of work experience in Data Analytics in collaboration with Data Engineers Experience of executing end-to-end data analysis projects in marketing space and building reporting tools Excellent knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau Knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills Quick comprehension and high strategic thinking skills Tech-savviness and willingness to learn and understand new technical systems English language skills Self-driven innovator, keen to develop and work on something newEducation / Qualifications / Certifications Required
University degree (Master+) with focus on Marketing and/or Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems or Digital AnalyticsWE ARE BAT
