It is therefore imperative that the mangement of Dyson’s Product development Portfolio is enabled through effective systems, tools, data and processes.
Dyson’s Delivery & Integration Office (DDIO) sits centrally within Dyson focused on driving excellence in Product Delivery; developing capabilities, independently governing ways of working and providing data driven insight to ensure project teams can deliver with efficiency, agility & focus.
This role will enable Business Unit success by establishing, developing and maintaining project delivery capabilities.
This role will work directly with the product owner, IT and the wider PMO team to provide crucial improvements to our existing systems & tools - Leading key activities such as; liasing with stakeholders to gather requirements, contributing to backlog management, PowerApps development & solution testing. The role will require an in depth technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. This will include the supporting of system users across the business, the product owner the business administrator and IT. The role will be both business and technical facing and will require a high degree of technical literacy.
System Development
Contributing to continuous evolution of systems & tools, primarily based in Microsoft Power Platform. Leading development workpackages leveraging both internal and third-party resources Contribute to systems integration initiatives with other Dyson systems. Lead the creation of process documentation and guides. Develop reporting and dashboards to support organisational objectives. Gather and analyse information and feedback to support future development phases of the solution.System administration & user support
Escalation point for complex user support requests. Triaging points for escalations to product owner , IT and the wider PMO team. Support technical updates to standing data and migration activities. Monitoring and governing day to day user activity. Reporting on platform health and user engagement.About you
Demonstrated experience developing in Microsoft PowerApps & PowerAutomate (or Dynamics). Certified Microsoft PowerPlatform Developer (PL-200/400) - Preferred. Experience working in a business based team supporting complex business systems. Skilled in using Microsoft 365 Tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel. Strong organisational skills. Experience creating process documentation and training material. Knowledge of information management best practices. Experience co-ordinating technical forums/workshop groups. Knowledge and application of process, tool or system improvement methodologiesBenefits
