The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Recruitment Team as well as will be involved in employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Posting job ads on job boards, social media, university career hubs etc.Updating our recruitment system, trackers etc.Opening job reqsManaging communication with candidates and 3rd parties through our Recruitment mailboxesScheduling screening calls and interviews with internal and external candidatesCollaborating closely with hiring managersReviewing job applicationsProcessing offers in the systemSupporting recruiters with reportingSupporting employer branding initiativesOther recruitment related tasks as requiredJob Requirements for the role
Education:
University Student - final year preferred (Sociology, Psychology, Management or similar) or University graduateExperience:
Completed internship in an office or corporate environment will be an assetPersonal skills:
