We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Product owner - customer care solutions - financial services at ZEN.COM
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap for customer care related solutions in financial area, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Work alongside engineering teams to execute and deliver on the customer care services roadmap consisting of integration with various processors and vendors.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product strategy.
- Prepare and document clear and comprehensive technical requirements.
- Managing third party relationships with service providers
- User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experience and ensure that the product meets usability and design standards.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from ideation and design to testing and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in Product Manager / Owner role in financial services area, as well experience in implementing new financial products and features
- Understanding of all aspects of card payments and customer care
- Understanding of card chargebacks and claims processing.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of new financial products implementation
- Good organization, planning of own work and effective use of time
- High communication skills.
