Finance Specialist Agile

Position purpose:

Supporting Managerial positions during the Planning and Reporting process with special attention to Marketing Investment Budget. Providing financial information (reports, budgets, presentations, financial plans) in the exact, timely and comprehensive manner with the observance of the internal and corporate deadlines

Position:

As the Finance Specialist Agile in the Financial Planning & Analysis Department, you will:

Take accountability for marketing investment budgets in close cooperation with budget owners Support the Manager in the process of preparing annual and monthly financial plans in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines set by the regional FP&A team and Corporate Finance Build effective professional relations with contact persons in particular departments; organize and lead meetings to collect data and prepare plan submissions; provide financial expertise to other functions and participate in projects as require Calculate 3rd party prices, coordinate price list & process between Sales & Finance  Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Requirements:

University degree (preferred: Economy, Mathematics, Finance) Professional financial qualifications ACCA would be a significant plus At least 2-year experience in the accounting, controlling, finance or reporting management Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level) and intermediate knowledge of the Polish language (A2-B1) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality (Excel and Power Point), ERP Systems (SAP, GPM preferred) Very good communication skills including ability to efficiently lead business meetings and calls You are a detail-oriented, organized and self-directed team player
