Job Description

As the Production Technology Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and efficiency within our creative advertising production process. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance our production workflows, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, cloud architecture, and storage solutions will be essential in guiding our technology strategy and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of creative advertising production, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, scalability, and collaboration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and IT, to identify technology requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies throughout the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, rapid iteration, and collaboration. Evaluate and recommend cloud architecture and storage solutions that support the scalability, security, and performance requirements of our creative production workflows. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and quality assurance processes. Act as a subject matter expert on technology trends, tools, and platforms relevant to creative advertising production, staying abreast of advancements and opportunities for innovation. Partner with vendors and external partners as needed to leverage expertise, resources, and solutions that complement our internal capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within the creative advertising or media production industry. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in cloud architecture and storage solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members towards achieving common goals.
