For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Junior Cash Collector / Remote Work - with Slovak language

Responsibilities on the position:

• Daily interaction with customers
• Performing duties regarding verification of receivables,
• Setting credit limits
• Resolving disputes
• Responsibility for all activities performed within the scope of the position
• Strive to minimize balances in customer accounts
• Ensuring that accounts receivable are paid on time
• Dispute resolution
• Conducting negotiations with customers
• Building professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Providing accurate and reliable responses to customer inquiries
• Responding to customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Optimize service delivery through consistent process improvement
• Maximizing cash flow

Requirements:

• English language knowledge at a minimum b2 level
• Slovak language at least c1 level
  no professional experience required
• Ability to communicate directly with others (e-mail and telephone)
• availability to work from Monday to Friday
• excellent organization of own work
• willingness to learn and constantly improve their qualifications
