About the role

Embark on a transformative career move as a Change and Training Specialist with our innovative IT & D team. We're at the forefront of IT and digital progression, and we're looking for someone with a passion for leading change management and training strategies. You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the adoption of groundbreaking IT solutions and foster an environment of continuous learning and development. Your responsibilities

- Analyse change impact and stakeholder dynamics, crafting bespoke strategies for successful IT solution adoption.
- Create and execute comprehensive change management and training plans, tailoring them to fit our unique organisational context.
- Design and deliver compelling training programmes, harnessing the latest in learning principles and technologies to engage users of all levels.
- Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, using incisive metrics and feedback to continually refine our approach.
- Work closely with project leaders and IT experts, ensuring your change management and training activities are seamlessly integrated and aligned with overall project goals.

The experience we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in change management and training within the IT sector.
- A proven history of managing complex, large-scale project changes with aplomb.
- Deep knowledge of change and training methodologies, coupled with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Stellar communication abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders positively.
- A self-starter attitude, thriving both as an independent professional and as part of a dynamic team.
