Are you passionate about finance and IT, and want to take the next step in your career? We are currently looking for a self-motivated and experienced Pega Lead System Architect to join our Consumer Finance team at Nordea.

Welcome to the Consumer Finance team. Our role is to design and develop credit applications that allow our customers to apply online for credit cards or loans.

What you’ll be doing:

Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques and interactions with external systems Identify, build and maintain common components Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and QA team Provide directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools Support in scoping and sizing Pega features


To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

Have solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development Extensive experience in the role of the Pega Certified Senior/Lead System Architect Project experience implemented in Pega infinity Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (financial sector will be an asset) Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions Experience in integrating enterprise applications with the Pega solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English
