Job description

-Making customs declarations in all customs procedures, also using simplified procedures
-Preparation of verification applications and other documents subject to consideration by Customs and Fiscal Authorities
- Representing the company before Customs and Fiscal Authorities
- Ongoing cooperation with forwarding departments and other departments of the company
-Daily contacts with clients
- Issuing certificates of origin and other documents necessary for customs clearance
-Preparation of Intrastat declarations in import and export/optional/

Applicant's profile

- min. 3 years of experience
- registration on the list of customs agents
- Knowledge of English min. B2
- Knowledge of current customs regulations
- Knowledge of Huzar Software
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of the specifics of shipment clearance in all types of transport will be an additional asset
