About the role:

As a Machine Learning &Data Science Analyst , you will play crucial role in developing anddeploying machine learning and artificial intelligence models to solve complexchallenges in industrial data applications. This opportunity will allow you towork closely with cross-functional teams to leverage big data, improvedecision-making processes, and enhance efficiencies and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

Design,develop, and deploy AI and ML data models to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Analyzeand interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, identifypatterns, and improve the decision-making processes. Partnerand collaborate with data engineering and system application teams to integrateAI/ML capabilities into Siemens DISW solutions. Stayabreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to keep Siemens DISWat the cutting edge of digital industrial software. Communicatecomplex data findings and model predictions to non-technical stakeholders. ApplyingAI and data science methods to solve real-world problems across financeoperations. This requires understanding the industry-specific challenges andhow data can be leveraged to address them. Understandingand applying ethical considerations in the development and deployment of ML& AI systems, including issues related to privacy, bias, and fairness.

Fully remote or hybrid – depending on your location.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's or Master’s Degreein Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

·Proven experience in designingand implementing machine learning algorithms and AI solutions in an industrialsetting creating and enabling value in the business.

·Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Python or R, and familiarity with machine learningframeworks.

·Proven or demonstrableunderstanding of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and algorithmdesign and model output interpretation.

·Experience working with largedatasets and knowledge of big data technologies, data cleaning, transformation,and manipulation.

·Excellent problem-solvingskills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·Strong communication skills,with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionableinsights for non-technical stakeholders.

·Deep understanding of datastructures, data modelling, and software architecture.

·Exceptional problem-solvingabilities and quantitative skills.

Preferred Skills

Experiencein cloud computing environments (Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, ETL, AWS, Azure,Google Cloud) and understanding of SaaS models. Knowledgeof digital twin technologies and their application in industrial contexts. Backgroundin industrial automation, IoT, or related fields. Familiaritywith Agile development methodologies.
