Desde 2006, el Grupo SGP apoya a las empresas en la tarea de garantizar la máxima calidad de sus productos manufacturados. Estamos especializados en servicios de selección, clasificación, reparación de piezas y componentes y productos acabados. Contratamos y formamos a empleados en todos los ámbitos de la economía. Gracias al continuo desarrollo, actualmente buscamos una persona para unirse a nuestro equipo en el siguiente puesto: Coordinador de reclutamiento y operaciones

 

Funciones:

  • Reclutamiento y selección de candidatos,
  • Supervisión y coordinación de las contrataciones,
  • Organización del transporte de los candidatos,
  • Contacto con empresas y agencias en Colombia,
  • Apoyo en la documentación para la legalización del trabajo,
  • Traducción de documentos y formación de los empleados.

Requisitos:

  • Comunicación,
  • Buena organización del trabajo,
  • Conocimiento de español e inglés (polaco sería una gran ventaja),
  • Licencia de conducir de categoría B,
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por motivos de trabajo.
