We seek a Senior Java React Developer with a stripe connect  experience. 

Our Client is a company that provides an online platform for booking beauty and wellness appointments. They serve the European market, operating in cities like Amsterdam, Berlin, and London, and collaborate with over 25,000 salons and spas.

Their payments team owns the payments platform, which covers B2C Marketplace payments, B2B SaaS payments, as well as B2B partner invoicing, which includes marketplace commissions. This team is responsible for PSD2 compliance payments solution, which is built on Stripe/Stripe Connect.

IF YOU ARE

  •  A Back-end or Full-stack Java Engineer with at least 2-year experience
  •  Have experience with Stripe/Stripe Connect payment platform
  •  Have worked previously with RabbitMQ or another message-broker software
  •  Familiar with Scrum
  •  A good team player
  •  Ready to work closely with teammates on clients side
  •  Able to occasionally cover Front-end tasks on React (would be a plus)
  •  Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client-side

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications within our payments platform.
  • Implement features and functionalities related to B2C Marketplace payments, B2B SaaS payments, and partner invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with PSD2 regulations and integrate with Stripe/Stripe Connect APIs.
  • Work with RabbitMQ or similar message-broker software for asynchronous processing.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, for project management and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with team members on the client-side to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Occasionally assist with front-end tasks using React.
