Join Us as an UX/UI Designer (Mobile Game Focus)

We’re looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our GameDev Division, with a focus on creating exceptional interfaces for mobile games. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of mobile platforms. We value designers who think outside the box, adapt tools to the task at hand, and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment. 

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 8 000 - 10 000 PLN per month, depending on your experience. 

We work from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Your responsibilities include

  • Designing and developing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile games, ensuring an excellent player experience.
  • Creating and iterating on wireframes and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to visualize user flows and game features.
  • Collaborating with developers, game designers, and product managers to ensure that UI designs align with game mechanics and business objectives.
  • Testing design concepts through prototypes, gathering user feedback, and implementing improvements based on test results.
  • Analyzing player needs and designing experiences that maximize engagement and user satisfaction.
  • Preparing detailed design documentation to support development teams during implementation.
  • Ensuring visual and functional consistency across all UI elements in accordance with the game’s established style.
  • Keeping up with trends in the mobile gaming industry and applying best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Monitoring the performance of implemented UI designs through analytics and proposing enhancements based on findings.
  • Adapting designs to meet the requirements of different mobile platforms (iOS, Android), considering platform-specific UI standards and technical constraints.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in game development or interactive applications.
  • Expertise in creating both low-fidelity (low-fi) and high-fidelity (high-fi) wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to design intuitive user flows tailored for gaming environments.
  • Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, and console games).
  • Capability to create layouts and wireframes that communicate gameplay mechanics, navigation, and UI elements effectively.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and applying player feedback to refine wireframes and prototypes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to Have: 

  • Familiarity with game engines like Unity and their UI implementation workflows.
  • Understanding of accessibility in gaming and ability to incorporate inclusive design practices into wireframes.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end design systems to ensure smooth collaboration with developers.
  • Awareness of gaming trends, with an emphasis on how UI/UX impacts player engagement and retention.
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes that simulate gameplay functionality.
