Your Role:
Timely completion of tasks and tests in accordance with customer requirements, international standards and the quality system valid for the Technical Center Krakow.
Analysis of customer requirements, international and industry standards in the area of electromagnetic compatibility testing (EMC), and other areas related to product reliability.
Development of test and validation plans (including scope, standards, methods, test conditions, resource estimation, and test schedules).
Supervision of tests conducted at external laboratories and oversight of tasks necessary for their completion.
Supervision of technical documentation, including preparation, verification, and approval of test reports.
Management of laboratory equipment, including scheduling maintenance and calibration activities.
Coordination of activities with project teams and customers regarding planned/performed tests (including test reports).
Management of the laboratory team responsible for product tests (including supervision of conducted tests) and training others in test-related areas.
Ensuring data confidentiality is maintained.
Safeguarding the company's property, image, and public relations.
Your Background:
Engineering degree (electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or similar)
Fluent English
Analytical approach to problem-solving
Team-oriented approach
Nice to have :
Understanding of EMC principles, standards, regulations, and testing procedures
Experience in conducting a variety of EMC tests, such as radiated and conducted emissions, susceptibility, and immunity tests
Proficiency in using EMC test equipment, measurement tools, and software
Experience in the automotive industry, laboratories, and other research and development areas
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
