As a Product Research Trainee you will contribute to building experiences for our product Otomoto in one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Europe. You will be involved in the end-to-end design, development and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, design from workflow and interactions to high fidelity visual designs.With the support of your Buddy you will be working in cross-functional teams, partnering up with Product Managers, Product Researchers, Product Designers, Product Analysts, and a team of Software Engineers. Together you will own a part of one of our products and contribute to our customer’s experience across Europe. Please note this is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our office 2x times per week, either in Warsaw or Poznan.

You love solving problems and are open to explore more about product design, research and finding a right balance between customer and business needs You know such notions as: usability test, IDI, ethnographic research, survey, and you’re willing to take active part in learning more about them Experience in designing simple research will be a plus You are self-motivated and curious with a passion for both online business and technology You are a team-player with a positive attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback Fluent in English
