Job Description

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Design illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support client’s content and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
  • Good command of English in speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
