Job Description

As the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager, you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni-sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You will lead the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Team to enable them to strengthen our customer offer in all our local markets. You will be part of the Region East Europe team and responsible for 13 markets - Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.

Your Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats, and templates.
  • Drive the local content and tone of voice strategy, and monitor and stay informed of local regulatory guidelines pertaining to content presentation.
  • Brief & coordinate with the team to elevate the brand’s tone of voice in all customer touchpoints and stay informed about all brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, tools, and technologies, as well as collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and regional stakeholders.
  • Secure local assets production for organic social media in line with the current commercial plan.
  • Drive the local needs related to organic social content reporting and share results and insights with relevant stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly level. 
  • Led, managed, and organized the team of Content coordinators and Copywriters (10+) in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager, you have worked in fashion retail companies or agencies with the creation of marketing content for paid, owned, and retail channels. You have a strong commercial focus and are insightful and data-driven, with a proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are an experienced leader with team responsibilities good knowledge of media content and formats and the ability to coordinate multiple teams.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in managing Social Media accounts & handling/creating fashion copies for paid, owned, retail & digital channels.
  • Visual eye for composing content stories and assets according to tone of voice, brand guidelines, and templates.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing roles in an agency or in-house team lead position.
  • Strong leadership in managing and empowering team members, leading from a distance.
  • Good analytical ability and insights driven.
  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate many stakeholders and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English. 


Additional Information

This is a full-time position, located in Warsaw, Poland. Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager reports to the Content Operations Manager.
