The Profile

  • Strong background in Microsoft development technologies (SQL Server, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5).
  • Experience with Agile workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proficiency in source control management tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with mainstream migration tools like ShareGate or AvePoint.
  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Proficient in test-driven development (TDD), automated unit testing, and mocking.
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience integrating and connecting Power Apps with data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
  • Strong skills in writing technical requirements and test scripts.
  • Knowledge of core application functionality, application technology stack, and implementation methodologies.
  • Understanding of industry best practices and process development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
