Your tasks

Definition of maintenance plan Assurance that maintenance plan is followed Elimination of breakdowns root causes Analysing of break downs and update of maintenance plan if applicable Minimizing break down time by quick elimination of stoppages root-cause Assurance that Machine Directive is properly implemented Supporting NPI team in implementation of new processes and in improving of existing processes Development of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost Hands-on technical support of automated and manual assembly equipment and processes Active participation in the team responsible for new equipment specification Managing of spare parts warehouse Performing assessment of new equipment and processes

Your profile

Technical higher education supported by experience in maintaining automated processes Experience of PLC controllers programming and in using National Instruments and sequencing software advantageous Knowledge of TPM tools Experience of programming high precision electro-mechanical control systems Experience in service and maintaining of machines and equipment being part of automated processes Ability to define maintenance instructions (preventive and predictive) Ability to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams Ability to define problem, root cause and effective corrective action implementation Proven ability to improve assembly processes Ability to define KPI measuring maintenance processes (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF) Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance Experience in laser welding and laser soldering advantageous Maintenance budget preparation Experience with vision system programing (Cognex, Omron, Balluf, Sick) Ability to design parts/machine element in SolidWorks environment Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and through written reports, in Polish and English Capable of working within a multi-discipline team Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality and on-time delivery
