Responsibilities:

holding the position of Chief Technical Officer (CTO) managing the technical and quality divisions C-level function, shared responsibility for the strategy, development, business and financial result of the company in Poland, making key decisions building up competences to act as a R&D service provider in a long term perspective implementation of innovative solutions in the field of machine building, production equipment and work organization
in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the processes strengthening the trust with main stakeholders to be a recognized customer oriented business partner team building based on Empowerment managing the efficient interface between operations, quality and engineering organizing teamwork on the basis of joint problem solving and taking up challenges

Our expectations:

several years of experience in operations and technical environment in a managerial position solid foundation for quality management advanced leadership skills fluent English feeling comfortable in working an international, intercultural environment experience with long-term, sustainable innovations engaging your own team
