We are looking for a Charges & Allocation Analyst for our FP&A Team in Łódź, Poland.

You’ll be part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, working on generating business insights that will be used for business level review and decision making in Europe.

What you’ll do

Documentation, calculation, and maintenance of cost allocation drivers and development of tools to ensure the operational efficiency of these processes.

Owning the monthly IT cost recharging process, and implementing process and reporting improvements.

Development, deployment, and ongoing production of cost allocation reporting.

Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing analysis as needed.

Subject matter expert for cost allocations and associated systems and processes.

You will focus on understanding & solving business challenges through data based insights, performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking,

You will understand systems and tools and work with IT to automate processes and reporting

You will ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of information and enable a single source of truth through ownership of management accounting guidance.

What you’ll need

You have a bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, and/or Econometrics.

Keen problem solver with a technical and operational mindset.

Experienced in providing business support to stakeholders

Confident communicator capable of explaining complex processes to users with and without financial backgrounds

Self starter able to work independently and deliver change on a timely basis

Strong IT skills with experience in designing and running models in Excel and other systems.

You have experience with financial control, management reporting, and accounting and/or charges & allocation processes. Experience in a shared service would be an asset.

You are used to digest complex information and extract insights from disparate sources of data to deliver actionable insights.

You have ERP and BI knowledge, preferably SAP BCS/EFR.
