Currently we are looking for:

Fraud Associate (part time)

Responsibilities:

-Under direct supervision, reviews suspicious orders in the system to determine if the person ordering is a fraud or not.

-Performs designated customer account research and investigation that requires sound judgment in limited areas.

-Utilizes system tools to determine if order is legitimate. Undertakes immediate action to prevent losses to QVC.
