Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing automation strategy based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze data and utilize customer insights to create personalized campaigns.
  • Design, create, and deploy email and SMS campaigns.
  • Personalize content and offers based on segmentation and customer behavior.
  • Pernod Ricard brand databases, including segmentation, data cleansing, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain personalized recipient lists for campaigns.
  • Create communication workflows (marketing, sales, etc.) to automate customer service processes (Loop Form).
  • Implement lead scoring systems for assessing potential High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze data on opens, clicks, conversions, etc.
  • Draw insights from data and implement improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, Brand Owners, and Technical Support to ensure consistent messaging and campaign performance.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Provide trainings using marketing automation tools.
  • Provide support in resolving technical issues related to the platform.

What you need to be successful:

  • Expert with marketing automation tools, with a preferred familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (nice to have certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from campaign results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS could be an additional asset.
  • Languages: Polish (native), English (+C1)
