Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing automation strategy based on business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze data and utilize customer insights to create personalized campaigns.
- Design, create, and deploy email and SMS campaigns.
- Personalize content and offers based on segmentation and customer behavior.
- Pernod Ricard brand databases, including segmentation, data cleansing, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain personalized recipient lists for campaigns.
- Create communication workflows (marketing, sales, etc.) to automate customer service processes (Loop Form).
- Implement lead scoring systems for assessing potential High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze data on opens, clicks, conversions, etc.
- Draw insights from data and implement improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, Brand Owners, and Technical Support to ensure consistent messaging and campaign performance.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Provide trainings using marketing automation tools.
- Provide support in resolving technical issues related to the platform.
What you need to be successful:
- Expert with marketing automation tools, with a preferred familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (nice to have certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).
- Understanding of marketing strategies, segmentation, and personalization.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS could be an additional asset.
- Languages: Polish (native), English (+C1)
