  • Lead the Digital Technology and Infrastructure department, focusing on the development and deployment of innovative technology products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public and private Cloud Solutions, Network,
  • Security & Enterprise Architects, and our SOC teams across the global organization. You are responsible for Product teams that across Poland, Denmark and Colombia.
  • Drive the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the ongoing operations and enhancements of the technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct cyber security risk assessments on new and existing vendors and solutions

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise companies, preferably in IT or digital organizations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Should have experience in identifying, planning, and managing improvements in the ITIL framework.
  • ITSM Tools Proficiency: Must have an advanced familiarity with ITSM tools. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Framework Understanding: Should have a solid understanding of ITIL, Lean, and Agile frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the technology sector, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of analytical thinking and intellectual
  • curiosity.
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed and English-speaking cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Relevant certifications or courses in technology management, cybersecurity, or related fields are a plus.
