We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive key initiatives and roadmap development for our products. You will collaborate closely with the Global Product Manager and lead the development of features and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Backlog Management:
    • Plan and prioritize product development with a focus on user stories and features.
    • Define product goals aligned with business objectives and user needs.
    • Identify and prioritize features that deliver the most value to the business and customers.
    • Develop detailed product specifications and ensure relevant teams understand them.
    • Manage product scope changes and ensure they are relevant, approved, and documented.
  • Delivery & Communication:
    • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement, ensuring all stakeholders are involved.
    • Establish product-release plans and set expectations for new functionalities.
    • Be the internal and external product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
    • Track progress against goals and report key metrics on an ongoing basis.
    • Proactively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, retrospective).
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the Global Product Manager for direction on feature development.
    • Provide business-level guidance to the development team.
    • Work effectively with stakeholders to define product scope, deliverables, and requirements.
    • Manage competing priorities and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner on complex projects across regions.
  • Proven experience in digital product management, ideally with mobile apps or customer-facing solutions.
  • Experience leading product delivery from concept to maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with agile software development frameworks.
  • Understanding of IT development processes and basic systems architecture.
  • Experience with requirements documentation, backlog refinement, and user stories.
  • Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Mobile app development experience.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and architecture patterns.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy by Design principles.
