Miejsce pracy: Lublin

- nadzór nad robotami elektrycznymi i/lub teletechnicznymi projektów,

- zarządzanie kadrą wykonawczą,

- zarządzanie kosztami projektów,

- tworzenie wycen, kosztorysów, ofert,

- tworzenie harmonogramów prac,

- utrzymywanie bieżącego kontaktu z wyznaczonymi służbami inwestora,

- kontrolę terminowości, jakości wykonywanych prac,

- koordynację prac brygad montażowych oraz podwykonawców,

- sporządzanie i przechowywanie dokumentów budowy.

- wykształcenie kierunkowe,

- umiejętność analizy projektów technicznych,

- umiejętność tworzenia ofert, kosztorysów, harmonogramów,

- doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży budowlanej/elektrycznej/teletechnicznej,

- umiejętność planowania i zdolności organizacyjnych,

- prawo jazdy kat. B,

- otwartość na możliwe delegacje.
